Refund Policy

At EazyByts, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality services and a seamless client experience. To ensure transparency and minimize the potential for project cancellations, disputes, or payment reversals, we have established a clear refund and cancellation policy. Please read the following terms carefully.

  1. Project Planning and Milestones
    Milestone-Based Workflow: All projects are planned meticulously by dividing the work into specific milestones. Each project begins with a thorough analysis and the creation of a detailed scope of work document. This process ensures that both parties have a comprehensive understanding of the project requirements and expectations.

Understanding and Agreement: The milestone approach is designed to ensure that significant time and effort are spent achieving each milestone and completing the corresponding modules. Once a milestone is completed, it signifies the fulfillment of agreed-upon work up to that point.

  1. Refund Policy
    Completed Work: Refunds are not available for any work that has already been completed. Once a milestone is achieved, the work done under that milestone is considered final, and no refunds will be issued for it.

Project Termination: In the event of a project being terminated by mutual agreement, the client will retain control over all completed work up to the point of termination. However, any payments made for completed work or deposits for future work will be non-refundable.

Mock-Up Design Approval: If a client approves a mock-up design but the project does not move forward to the development phase, a refund may be considered. However, once the development phase begins, no refunds will be provided.

Special Offers: Services offered under special promotions or limited-time offers are non-refundable. These services are provided at a discounted rate and, as such, cannot be canceled or refunded.

  1. Cancellation Policy
    Midway Cancellation: Cancellations of ongoing projects midway through a milestone phase are not permitted. Our milestone-based approach requires the completion of each phase before any changes or cancellations can be made.

SEO and Digital Marketing Packages: All SEO and digital marketing packages are non-refundable. These services are based on long-term strategies, and as such, clients must commit to the agreed-upon timeline. However, clients may request cancellation with a written notice 30 days in advance.

Abandoned or Dormant Projects: Projects that have been abandoned or left dormant for more than 30 days will not be eligible for any refunds. Deposits or payments made towards these projects will be forfeited.

  1. Final Notes
    Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to provide timely feedback and approvals throughout the project lifecycle. Delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline but will not qualify for any refunds or cancellations.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the project will be handled according to the terms outlined in the initial agreement and will not be grounds for refunds unless specified.
