We planned our each project by dividing work into milestones. All projects begin with a complete analysis and creation of a scope of the work document. This is done to ensure that both the parties should have a complete understanding of the work as per the requirement and thus eliminate the potential of a project cancellations, disputes and reversals. As there is a lot of time spent to achieve every milestone and complete the modules, the refund is not possible for the work that has been already done. Within the event of a project terminated on the mutual basis, the client has the control for all completed work and also on any payment for further development will be void. No previous deposit or the payment will be refunded.No payment will be refunded back to the client, if the client approves mock-up design and we move into the development phase of the given project. There are no partial refunds for any project midway through a milestone phase. No cancellations will be entertained for the services that our marketing team has been offered on the special occasions. As these are the limited offers and cannot be cancelled at any point of time. SEO and all Digital Marketing packages are not refundable but the client may cancel with a notice written 30 days in advance. We are not offering the refunds on the deposits or the payments for the projects that are abandoned or lay dormant for more than 30 days.
